It was a great feeling for all teams present in Kaohsiung (World games) to attend the World Cup paintball. Datis, the Iranian National paintball team and the German National team were chosen to play the opening games of these tournaments, and what a game it turned out to be.
Datis took the German team by surprise by an excellent tactical game that put them two games, in a best of 5 CPL format, ahead of their opponents. Now with only one game away to a glorious fast victory the Germans new that loosing the next game would finish them so in the next crucial game things changed. The German team suddenly woke up and stunned by the first two games played a strong but cautious game whilst Datis seeing victory at reach rushed in to the next game and very quickly the Germans took them all out. Although still under tremendous pressure, the Germans played a strong and a well calculated game, beating Datis in this fourth game putting both teams in to a tie.
The next game was enthusiastically watched by all the spectators as all had watched some really great paintball in action during the last four games and now people where cheering their own favorite team as the final ten seconds was called and both teams rushed powerfully towards each other.  The Germans very quickly took the upper hand and one of their players rushed in from the left side of the field with some real high action paintball, finishing off the Iranian team and leaving them bewildered.
At the end of the day two teams from group A would move up to the next round and Iranian team Datis managed to secure their place by beating the national Taiwan team, 3 games to 2, in also a close match, and running over the Thailand team 3 to 0. 
Tomorrow, Iran will meat, Japan, Australia, Taiwan, Malaysia and Germany again .
